This Promotion is organized by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

Description of Promotion:

The Welcome Offer for new Sports Interaction accounts includes a 125% bonus up to $750 and a No Sweat Bet up to $20

Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The "Sports Welcome Offer” promotion will run from midnight (EST) on 11.10.2025 to midnight (EST) on 12.31.2026 (the "Promotional Period").
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other sign-up offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.

Sports Welcome Offer: 125% up to $750 Bonus

4. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place an Eligible Deposit (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
5. Players must:
   1. be over 19 years old;
   2. be located in Canada (excluding Ontario and Alberta);
   3. register during the Promotional Period; and 
   4. be a new player with Sports Interaction.

6. An Eligible Deposit is a deposit that complies with the following requirements:
   1. it is the Eligible Player's first deposit placed on Sports Interaction;
   2. it must be made within 10 days following registration on Sports Interaction;
   3. it must be a minimum deposit of $20 and use bonus code BONUSBET20
      
      
   (an “Eligible Deposit”)

Mechanics:

7. If an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player will be credited with a bonus equal to 125% of the Eligible Deposit, up to $750 (the “Bonus”).
8. Bonus will be issued in CAD currency
9. The Bonus must be claimed within 10 days from the date it was credited to an Eligible Player's account.

No Sweat Bet up to $20

10. If an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player will be credited with a No Sweat Bet in the form of a 100% up to $20 Bet Insurance Token.
11. The Bet Insurance token will be issued in CAD currency.
12. Place a wager and use the Bet Insurance token to receive up to $20 back as a Bonus Bet if the bet does not win.
13. The Bet Insurance Token is available on Pre-Match and In-Play.
14. The Bet Insurance token is eligible for use on wagers for any of the following sports: Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer, Table Tennis and Tennis, with minimum odds of 1.50.
15. If the bet does not win, your Bonus Bet will be available once your initial wager is settled.

125% Bonus Terms and Conditions

16. Bonus funds shall be available to play with once claimed but cannot be withdrawn until the Eligible Player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
17. The Bonus, Deposit and any winnings will be displayed as a restricted amount but will be visible in the Sports Bonus section of the Eligible Player's account until the Requirements (as defined below) have been met.
18. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus must be wagered 6 times on the deposit plus the bonus on sports betting with odds of 1.5 or more. i.e. if you deposit $20 to get a $25 bonus, you must wager $270 (6x $45) at odds of 1.5 or above in order to meet wagering requirements.
    2. Bonus wagering will be counted only for bets based on the market and selection on which the first bet was placed within an event. Applicable only for Single bets and applies to bets placed either with bonus money or Cash.
    3. In case of single bets placed simultaneously within one bet placement action on the same market and event, the system will randomly consider one of the picks as the first bet and any additional picks within that market will not count towards wagering.
    4. The following bets do not count towards this wagering requirement: bets placed with Bonus Bets, system bets, edited bets, cash out bets or cancelled bets. Only the first settlement of a bet counts towards wagering requirements.

Bet Insurance Token Terms and Conditions:

19. The Bet Insurance token is only available for Sports bets for a (i) Straight and Parlay bet (minimum 2 selection). Bet Insurance Tokens are not available on multiple single bets, system bets or banker bets.
20. The Bet Insurance Token is available on Pre-Match, In-Play.
21. The Bet Insurance Token is available on the following sports: Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer, Table Tennis and Tennis.
22. The Bet Insurance Token will upon bet settlement reward you with a Bonus Bet if your wager is settled as a loss. 
23. The Bet Insurance Token shall appear as an option on your bet slip. You can choose to use the Bet Insurance Token for that bet, or you can keep it to use it later. A list of all Bet Insurance Tokens available will be displayed on the website, under the “Offers” section.
24. Offered Bet Insurance Tokens can (i) only be used once; and (ii) are valid for the specified timeframe only. Once expired, the Bet Insurance Token shall be invalid. Players can get multiple Bet Insurance Tokens.
25. Where a bet placed with a Bet Insurance Token on settlement settles as ‘cancelled’, no funds are payable, and the Bet Insurance Token is considered used.
26. Where a bet placed with a Bet Insurance Token settles as ‘dead heat’ (d/h), dead heat rules apply on the stake of the bet. Please see the Sports betting rules for full information on dead heat.
27. Only one Bet Insurance Token can be used per bet slip. Bet Insurance Tokens cannot be combined with any other Rewards.
28. The availability of Bet Insurance Tokens are not guaranteed on all devices and browser versions, and we shall not be responsible if Bet Insurance Tokens are not available for technical reasons. In this event, a bet placed shall stand as a standard bet.
29. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bet/wager requested for participating sports, markets or bet types when Bet Insurance Tokens are used or attempted to be used.
30. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the Bet Insurance Tokens feature at any time for any event, fixture or market. Any bets placed on such events, fixtures or markets prior to such suspension or removal of the Bet Insurance Token feature, shall stand as originally placed.
31. We reserve the right to reverse the settlement of a bet placed using Bet Insurance Token feature if the bet or a market is settled in error. 

Bonus Bet Terms and Conditions:

32. Each Bonus Bet can only be used once. Each Bonus Bet can only be placed as one (1) straight bet or one (1) Parlay and cannot be split between various bet placements. Straight bets and each leg of a parlay bet must have minimum odds of 1.5.
33. Bonus Bets are limited to no more than one (1) per person, account, household (IP address) and/or computer. All details of Bonus Bets will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Bonus Bet (or portion thereof) with a similar reward (or reward element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Bonus Bets are the sole responsibility of Participants. Bonus Bets cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Bonus Bets by Participants.
34. Bonus Bets can only be redeemed via the Sports Interaction website or mobile application and must be used within seven (7) days of them being credited to Participant’s account or will be forfeited.
35. Bonus Bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers, unless otherwise specifically stated in the terms & conditions of such promotional offer.
36. The value of a Bonus Bet, once redeemed, will not be included in any winnings.
37. If Participant’s Bonus Bet wager becomes void, in whole or in part, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion (including, without limitation, if the game/event on which a Bonus Bet was placed is cancelled), the Eligible Player’s Bonus Bet will be returned to their account.
38. Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time or withdrawn from the Eligible Player’s account. The Eligible Player cannot “Cash Out” its Bonus Bet(s).
39. Bonus Bets can be used to place bets on the following sports only: Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Football, Golf, Hockey, MMA, Soccer, Table Tennis and Tennis.

41. Any other restrictions in the Promoter’s Terms of Service which are not inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of this Sports Promotion shall also apply.

General

46. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
47. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
48. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
