Terms and Conditions - 125% up to $750

This Promotion is organized by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The "Sports Welcome Offer” promotion will run from midnight (EST) on 10.01.2025 to midnight (EST) on 12.31.2026 (the "Promotional Period").
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other sign-up offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our General Terms and Conditions.

Sports Welcome Offer: 125% up to $750 Bonus

4. In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (as defined below) must place an Eligible Deposit (as defined below) during the Promotional Period.
5. Players must:
   1. be over 19 years old;
   2. be located in Canada;
   3. register during the Promotional Period; and 
   4. be a new player with Sports Interaction.

6. An Eligible Deposit is a deposit that complies with the following requirements:
   1. it is the Eligible Player's first deposit placed on Sports Interaction;
   2. it must be made within 10 days following registration on Sports Interaction;
   3. it must be a minimum deposit of $10

Mechanics:

7. If an Eligible Player makes an Eligible Deposit during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player will be credited with a bonus equal to 125% of the Eligible Deposit, up to $750 (the “Bonus”).
8. Bonus will be issued in CAD currency
9. The Bonus must be claimed within 10 days from the date it was credited to an Eligible Player's account.

Bonus Terms and Conditions

10. Bonus funds shall be available to play with once claimed but cannot be withdrawn until the Eligible Player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
11. The Bonus, Deposit and any winnings will be displayed as a restricted amount but will be visible in the Sports Bonus section of the Eligible Player's account until the Requirements (as defined below) have been met.
12. The Requirements are as follows:
    1. The Bonus must be wagered 6 times on the deposit plus the bonus on sports betting with odds of 1.5 or more. i.e. if you deposit $20 to get a $25 bonus, you must wager $270 (6x $45) at odds of 1.5 or above in order to meet wagering requirements.
    2. Bonus wagering will be counted only for bets based on the market and selection on which the first bet was placed within an event. Applicable only for Single bets and applies to bets placed either with bonus money or Cash.
       
       Example 1. Team A X Team B, if you placed a bet of $10.00 on Team A to Win first and then placed a bet of $5.00 on Team B to Win and later another bet of $5.00 on Team A to Win. When the bets settle, only bets placed on Team A to Win will be counted towards bonus wagering requirements as long as those bets meet all other bonus conditions.
       
       Example 2. Team A X Team B, if you placed a bet of $10.00 on Draw first and then placed a bet of $5.00 on Team B to Win and later another bet of $5.00 on Team A to Win. When the bets settle, only bets placed on Draw will be counted towards bonus wagering requirements as long as those bets meet all other bonus conditions.
       
       
    3. In case of single bets placed simultaneously within one bet placement action on the same market and event, the system will randomly consider one of the picks as the first bet and any additional picks within that market will not count towards wagering.
    4. The following bets do not count towards this wagering requirement: bets placed with Bonus Bets, system bets, edited bets, cash out bets or cancelled bets. Only the first settlement of a bet counts towards wagering requirements.

13. The Requirements must be met within 60 days from the date the Bonus was placed in the Eligible Player's player account (the 'Time Limit').
14. A bet will be deemed to be placed within the Time Limit if the bet is on events that settle within the Time Limit.
15. The Eligible Players shall lose the Bonus and any winnings if the Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.
    1. Specifically, we recommend against placing any Futures Bets which will settle after the Time Limit, as both stakes and winnings may be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
16. Eligible Players can keep track of Bonus amounts in the bonus section of their player account.

General

17. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
18. We may place restrictions on your account, including deposit restrictions, in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
19. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
