Sports Interaction Spam Policy

All members of Sports Interaction will only receive promotional emails from Sports Interaction if they have opted in to receive such emails. These promotional emails will only relate to Sports Interaction. Sports Interaction does not provide it's clients' email addresses to any third party at any time. If a client wishes to stop receiving promotional emails, news, and updates, they can opt out at any time by changing their settings on the My Account page.

Sports Interaction Affiliate Spam Policy

1. Affiliates are required to ensure that any person receiving email relating to Sports Interaction has opted in to receive emails from that affiliate.
2. All affiliates are required to have a working unsubscribe system that makes it easy to opt out of receiving such emails.
3. All affiliates are required to ensure that the 'from' address is correct, and that they are not using a false 'from' address.
4. All Affiliates are required to ensure that the email addresses of their recipients have not been randomly generated.
5. All affiliate are required to ensure that the email addresses of their recipients have not been harvested from websites.
6. All affiliates are required to ensure that their postal address is included somewhere in the email message.
7. All affiliates must use their own email server. Use of a hijacked email server is prohibited and illegal.
8. All affiliates are required to register for email address lists under their true identities.
9. All affiliates are required to ensure that they are not linking to a fraudulently registered domain name. All domains used by affiliates must have valid contact details registered with their DNS registrar.
10. All affiliates are required to ensure that they are not using deceptive subject lines, deceptive headers, deceptive return addresses, and deceptive IP addresses.
11. In addition to the above requirements, all affiliates are required to adhere to the US Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Sports Interaction believes that adhering to spam laws and regulation will provide an enhanced Internet environment for the public. While we adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, and require that our affiliates also do so, we set a higher standard for ourselves and affiliates than required under CAN-SPAM. Specifically, we require that anyone receiving promotional materials relating to Sports Interaction has opted in to receive such emails. This applies equally to affiliates and ourselves. Any affiliate found to be in violation of any of the above rules will be deactivated as an affiliate, their earnings will be withheld, and they will be turned in to the appropriate regulatory body.
