Bet Types, Rules and Limits

There is a $2 minimum bet for Win, Place, Show and Daily Double tickets. For all other bet types the minimum bet is $1. Maximum bet amount is $250 for all bet types. The maximum payout on any one bet is $25,000

There are no wagering caps on Win, Place or Show bets. Exotic bets are capped at 300:1. This does not mean that the winnings are capped at $300, but rather that someone betting $50 can win a maximum of $15,000, regardless of the payout at the track.

When there is a jockey change, all bets will continue to have action. Wagers are placed on the Horse and the Horse Number, not on the jockey.

Scratch Rules

A refund will be issued for all parts of a win, place, show, exacta, trifecta, superfecta or Quinella wagers where there is a scratched horse involved in any part of the bet.

Daily Double Grading and Payout Rules

All Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run. Daily Double tickets are automatically refunded where the runner selected in the first leg of a Daily Double is a scratch. In the event of a scratch in the second leg of the Daily Double, if the host track pays a Consolation Daily Double (picked the winner of the first leg, but the selection for the second leg is scratched), such winning consolation payment should automatically be paid. If no Consolation Daily Double is paid by the host track, then Daily Double tickets selecting the winner of the first leg and a scratch in the second leg will be automatically refunded. If these refunds and payouts do not occur in accordance with these rules, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

PK3 and PK4 Grading and Payout Rules

All PK3 and PK4 tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run.

For PK 3 and PK4 tickets we follow the official payout results posted by the track when a horse is scratched in any leg. If the track offers a consolation payout, you will receive the post time favorite and that consolation payout if the favorite wins. If the track does not offer such a payout you can request a refund for PK3 and PK4 wagers provided the other selections in the wager were winners.

We reserve the right to refund PK3 and PK4 tickets where a scratched runner is selected for a leg of the ticket after the scratch has been posted by the host track, but before the scratch has been entered in the race book.

PK8 Grading and Payout Rules - The Crazy 8 Pick

The Crazy 8 Pick is a form of pari-mutuel wagering. In this bet, each bettor attempts to choose the winners of each of the first eight (8) races at a race track. This is a bet type created by us, and is not a bet type offered at any of the host tracks.

100% of the net pool will be paid to tickets selecting all 8 winners of the 8 races. In the event no ticket has selected all 8 winners for the current day, 25% of the current racing day's net amount available for distribution will be distributed among the holders of Crazy 8 Pick tickets correctly designating the most winning selections of the first 8 races as a consolation pay out. Then, the remaining 75% of the current day's net pool will be carried over and added to the pool on the next day that the wager is offered at the same track.

All tickets with a scratch at any time in one or more legs will be refunded. No post time favorite substitutions on Crazy 8 Pick tickets. If a ticket has a scratched runner in any leg, all ticket parts selecting the scratched runner will be refunded.

If for any reason, if one or more races at a track included in a Crazy 8 Pick pool is cancelled or declared a "no contest", all Crazy 8 Pick tickets for such day at such track will be refunded.

Unlike other bet types, there is no payout ratio limit or dollar amount cap on winning tickets on Crazy 8 Pick.

Pool Manipulation

Where there is evidence of pool manipulation, all affected wagers will be deemed void and all funds wagered on the affected wagers will be refunded.

Voiding Bets

All bets are final. Once bets are placed they will not be voided except by the discretion of the track.
