Our new seamless wallet / single balance means that you have one single balance to play at Sports Interaction. When you play or fund your Sports Interaction account, all your cash (except unredeemed Sportsbook bonuses) will be available immediately in the Poker Room. You don’t have to make a transfer, and you can track all your Poker transactions in the My Account section.
*IMPORTANT* How will the change from the old Poker Room to the new Poker Room affect my balance?
If you had an existing Poker Room balance, we will…
Transfer your outstanding Poker Room balance (ie: any funds that you had in the Poker Room) to your Sports Interaction wallet.
This transaction will show up in your statement as "Transfer from Poker".
The transaction took place during the changeover downtime (estimate 3 hours, April 3rd 6:00 – 10:00 EST)
When you open the new Poker Room, your full balance will be available to play.
What about any Sportsbook bonuses? Can I play Poker with those?
No. You cannot use any bonus cash that you have received, until you have fulfilled any bonus turnover (must bet) requirements. When you enter a Tournament or sit at a Cash Table, the balance that is displayed does not include any unredeemed Sportsbook bonuses that you have received. I had a Poker Room bonus balance & Poker Points. What is going to happen to those?
If you had a bonus balance due to you in our old poker room we have replaced that bonus with free Gold Chips. No poker points are required to use them. You will see your Gold Chips in the ‘My Account’ section of the *new* poker room. Your poker points have now been reduced to 0 as you no longer need them to redeem your bonus.

In our old Poker Room, when you made a first deposit over $10 we gave you a deposit bonus of $125. The deposit bonus was released at $10 per 5,000 poker points accumulated. If you still had a pending bonus you were working towards we have cancelled that bonus and just given you the value in Gold Chips. You do not need to generate any poker points to use the Gold Chips. The chips are free for you to use as buy-ins to a range of new tournaments on offer.
For example if your pending bonus was $25 we have given you $25 worth of Gold Chips, to use when you want. Gold Chips are valued at $0.75 per chip.
If you had already received a deposit bonus and have continued to generate poker points we have turned your points into (pending) bonus Gold Chips. Bonus Gold Chips are redeemed as you generate Gold Chips. For each Gold Chip you generate you will receive an extra free Gold Chip. For every 5000 points you had we have given you a Gold Chip.
NB: Due to the software changeover, it’s not possible to see the pending bonus gold chips, in the My Account section. However, feel free to contact pokerinfo@sportsinteraction.com with the Subject Line "Do I have pending bonus Gold Chips?"
