1. Redeemed Gold Cards are not eligible towards to the Gold Card $52,000 Jackpot.
2. The Gold Card $52,000 Jackpot will be awarded to the player who is first to hold a Series III full deck in their personal collection.
3. In the event no player holds a full Series III deck of Gold Cards, the $52,000 Jackpot will be awarded to the player holding the most unique Gold Cards in their personal collection.
4. The Gold Card $52,000 Jackpot will be placed in cash to the winner's real money account balance.
5. When tallying the winner based on the most unique number of Series III Gold Cards, Sports Interaction will break a tie based on highest total number of Series III Gold Cards between the players.
6. Only one of each of the unique cards will be redeemed in order for the player to claim the jackpot.
7. 30 days after the last Series 3 card has been distributed, all Series III Instant Cash Hand prizes will be closed and no longer awarded.
8. Gold Cards are non transferable.
9. Players participating in the Sports Interaction Gold Card Series III promotion are deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by Sports Interaction in reference to this promotion and the Card room in general.
10. Employees of Sports Interaction and its associated agencies are not eligible to take part in the promotion.
11. Winners may be required to provide proof of age and customer accounts are subject to closure until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
12. The Promoter does not accept liability for any tournament specific to this promotion not taking place, being postponed or delayed for circumstances beyond their control. Any disputes relating to the provision of the Prize must be taken up with Sports Interaction.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
14. All decisions by Sports Interaction Management are final.
