Disconnect Policy
If you become disconnected from the Sports Interaction server and you fail to respond within 25 seconds, when it is your turn to act in any real money tournament games, your hand will be set to fold to any bet. This may cause you to check if it’s your turn and there are no raises pending. Your hand will be folded automatically if there are raises pending.
What happens during a multi-table tournament?
In a multi-table tournament (MTT), you'll be given more time to reconnect. When your 25 seconds expires, your 60 second extra time bank will start if you have money invested in the pot. This extra time only applies to multi-table tournaments. At expiry of time in the extra time bank, you will be automatically folded. You will continue to automatically post and fold until you are re-connected or eliminated from the tournament (whichever comes first).
What happens at a final table?
Final tables work slightly differently to the rest of a MTT. In the case of the final table, players will be given up to 240 seconds to re-establish connection prior to being folded.
Sports Interaction assumes no liability if you are disconnected, for any reason, from the game during a hand.
