Joining the Affiliate sales channel
1. What is an Affiliate Program?
An Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our site on your website, within an email or to otherwise market Sports Interaction to your own customer base. If a player referred by your marketing efforts makes a deposit, we pay you a commission for each initial deposit or the net revenue they generate depending on the payment model you select. It’s a way for you to make money by marketing an existing product, with no overhead cost to you.
Becoming an affiliate is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. As an affiliate, you can add value to the content of your site. We take the customer deposit and handle everything else. All you do is withdraw the payment. Click here for a complete list of benefits to you!
3. Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply to our program.
4. I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?
Yes. You can have multiple sites as an affiliate. You can have one affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with just one payment.
First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you complete our simple, easy and quick online application form. After your application is submitted we will review your site and, if approved, contact you via email with everything you need to get started. Still have questions? Email us at affiliates@sportsinteraction.com or call us at 1-888-742-7297 in North America.
Depending on which payment method you choose, you can earn money on either every initial deposit or ongoing net revenue for players you refer. You can market online or offline. In every month that you have earned at least $80USD, you are eligible for a payout to Neteller, MoneyBookers or player account, if this is your chosen payment method. However, if your selected payment method is Electronic transfer the minimum amount required for a payout is $150 USD. We pay you by your chosen withdrawal method for either a net revenue percentage or a new player CPA. It's that easy!
* Please note the minimum amount required for a wire transfer withdrawal from a player account is $100 USD.
7. Is my web site eligible to become an Affiliate?
Most sites will qualify to participate in the program, but preference is given to sites with North American Traffic and a Google Page rank of at least 1. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material, is involved in generating fraudulent deposits and accounts or has links to other fraudulent activity. Please e-mail us at affiliates@sportsinteraction.com if you have any questions regarding your site.
8. What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate?
You are responsible for using the promotional tool generator within your Sports Interaction affiliate management account to create and place links promoting Sports Interaction’s sportsbook, casino and poker room. Please know if you modify the code in any way you risk not being paid or your stats not being tracked correctly. You are also responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information to us. Finally, you are responsible for reading and abiding by the Sports Interaction Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Apart from that we handle everything else.
9. What are the legal responsibilities of an Affiliate?
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that transactions contemplated hereby will not conflict with or violate any provision of law, rule or regulation to which you are subject. All Affiliate legal responsibilities are outlined in detail in the terms and conditions of the program.

15. Where should I place the links on my site?
You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your homepage. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, at the end of content articles and within the footer of any emails you send. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase. If you would like an audit of your site and suggestions for where to place links, please just ask your affiliate account manager.
16. How often should I update my links?
You should update links to our products frequently. We are constantly adding new banners and content, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors. 20. How do I know how much commission I've earned?
Through your personalized affiliate account management interface, you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, clicks and commissions earned. Additionally, you can select to have this information streamed directly to you via an RSS feed.
Payments are processed after the 15th of each month to allow for any adjustments due to fraud, chargebacks, or other requirement criteria. For a payment to Neteller, MoneyBookers or your player account, you must have a minimum balance of $80USD due to you in order to receive payment. For an Electronic transfer payment you must have a minimum balance of $150USD due to you in order to receive payment.
22. Do I earn commissions on my own deposits?
No, we do not allow affiliates to earn commission from their own deposits. Affiliate accounts are meant for business purposes only and you may not earn commission on your own betting activities.
23. What about charge backs/bad debts?
If a customer provides false information, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. Additionally, Sports Interaction reviews all affiliate accounts periodically to audit for fraudulent activity and accounts and reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partner who sends such accounts with regularity.

You can monitor your commissions by accessing reports as often as you like through the personalized affiliate account interface you will be given access to upon being accepted into the program.

We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is promote Sports Interaction using an approved tracked marketing method. We do the rest!
26. How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier through our software so that every time a user comes to us via a link or url you created, we know to credit you when a deposit is made. This is only possible, though, when you create all of your links with the tag generator within your personalized affiliate account management interface. For offline promotions, please contact your affiliate account manager to be provided with an accurate tracking URL.
27. How often can I run reports?
You can run reports daily via your personalized affiliate account management interface. Reports are updated daily with the latest information about your site, but may reflect a 24 hour delay in information upload due to basic fraud and account checking.
28. I operate more than one web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?
Yes. You can have multiple sites under one affiliate account. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site, but you will receive payment for all of your sites. To set up an account with multiple sites, log in as an affiliate, go to 'Affiliate Tracking Profiles' and enter the required information. When you generate code for your links, you can choose which site you want to generate code for. If you have any questions, please contact your affiliate account manager!
29. How does reporting work for the Net Revenue Model?
Affiliates are paid on Net Revenue. A percentage of expenses is subtracted from the Gross Revenue figure to arrive at the net revenue figure (not displayed). The appropriate commission percentage is then multiplied by the Net Revenue figure to arrive at the affiliate's commission total.
