How do I use my account?

When you visit www.sportsinteraction.com, you can log in to your account using the unique Username and Password you chose when you opened your account. When you log in, your funds will be made available to you to place bets or play in the Casino. You will also be able to view your account balance, view a statement of all your transactions, and deposit to or withdraw from your account.

How do I update my mailing address and email address?

To update your mailing address, email address, or phone number you must email customer service at support@sportsinteraction.com or call at 1 888 922 5575. Please do not open a second Sports Interaction account if you need to update your information. Clients are permitted to have one account only.

How do I deposit funds to my account?

You can deposit funds to your account by any one of the following methods:

Credit Card

Submit your credit card payment securely online. Your account will be credited immediately.

E-check (USA only)

You can use your checking account to submit your payment securely online using Swiftpay Ecash. Your account will be credited immediately.

Check/money order/banker's draft

Send a check, money order or banker's draft to Sports Interaction.

Wire transfer

Send money by wire transfer from your local bank.

Instant Bank Transfer

Transfer funds from your bank account to you Sports Interaction account instantly. Clients that deposit using Instant Bank Transfer cannot withdraw until 14 days later.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit?

The minimum deposit amount is only $20 (or equivalent amount in other currencies).

When will my account be credited?

When you deposit funds by credit card or electronic check your payment will be processed securely online and your account will be credited instantly.

If you deposit funds by any other method, as soon as your money reaches Sports Interaction, it will be deposited in your account and made available to you to place bets. We will then notify you immediately by email. If you can't get to your email, or if you don't have your own email address, you can log into your Sports Interaction account and you will automatically be notified of receipt of your funds.

Seamless wallet / Single Balance

Our seamless wallet / single balance means that you have one single balance to play at Sports Interaction. When you play or fund your Sports Interaction account, all your cash will be available immediately in the Casino. You don’t have to make a transfer, and you can track all your Casino transactions in the My Account section.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

You can submit a withdrawal online. Your funds will be sent to you on the next business day. You can choose to have funds sent directly to your bank account, or Wire Transfer. Funds sent to your bank account are processed free of charge. Wire Transfer withdrawals are subject to a fee of $29

How do I start playing?

As a Sports Interaction customer you just need to launch the Casino software and sign up with your Sports Interaction username and password. The Casino is a Flash Casino, so there’s no download required. If you are not a Sports Interaction member, you need to register and open a Sports Interaction account, before you can play. Can I play for both real and fun money?

Yes, you can play for real money or just for fun. If you would like to play for Fun Money, just choose the “Practice Play” option in the Lobby. If you want to “Play for Real”, click on “Play for Real” in the top left of the Lobby.

How can I put funds in my Casino account?

Just make a deposit to your Sports Interaction account by going to the “My Account” page at Sports Interaction and making a deposit. When you launch the Casino, your balance will be available to play with in the Casino.

How do I withdraw funds from my Sports Interaction Casino account?

Go to the “My Account” page at Sports Interaction and choose withdraw. It’s as easy as that!

Where can I get information about the rules and how the games are played?

What happens if I get disconnected while playing?

If you get disconnected during play the software will attempt to reconnect you automatically and return you back to your seat. Often you will only be disconnected for a short time and may be back in time to act.
